Gaby began her aesthetic studies in Ecuador, soon after in Germany, California, and North Carolina. Proudly, she has mastered the art of Eyelash Extensions which she is most known for. Jim Carroll is the husband of Gaby Carroll since 2005 and has followed her journey closely as Bella G Beauty Studio developed. Jim was honored to be part of the U.S. Marines and became a mechanical engineer as a professional. He joins the Bella G Beauty Studio team as a Microblading expert. Jim studied Microblading at PhiBrows Academy, a renowned academy of aesthetic services, and obtained his NC license.

As our Master Lash Technician and Esthetician, Domonique joins the Bella G Team to bring beautiful sets of lash extensions to our clients! With 5 years of experience in lash extensions, she can create volume, lift, and definition to bring any lash goal to life!

Madison is behind the scenes of Bella G.
With a background in project management and a passion for all things skincare and beauty, Madison joins the team as Bella G’s Business Development Manager. Helping to run day-to-day operations, build and maintain Bella G partnerships, brand the company, and more, she is your go-to for any questions or concerns.

With 20+ years of experience as a Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician, Rebeca brings her knowledge and experience to Bella G completing client consultations for medical esthetic services and managing our certified technicians.
